We gladly accept returns and exchanges on our children's clothing at Treasure Box Kids.

 

  • Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the date you receive your order. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AFTER 30 DAYS!. When you return an item, please indicate the reason for the return on the invoice. Please include a copy of the packing slip or order number to identify the return. We do not refund shipping charges.

 

  • If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, please reorder the new style. Then return to us the original item for refund. This ensures that you receive the size you need, as we may sell out of a size before we receive your return.

 

  • All merchandise returned must be in its original condition with tags attached. Merchandise may not have been worn, soiled, washed, or dry cleaned.

     
  • Merchandise that has been sent as a gift can be returned by the recipient within 30 days from receipt for store credit of the purchase price or the purchase price can be refunded to the purchasers credit card.

 

  • Holiday Merchandise is final sale as of the date of the holiday. This includes velvets and holiday dresses.

  • PLEASE NOTE: We recommend using a shipping method that includes insurance and offers tracking. (UPS, Fed Ex, or USPS with Delivery Confirmation). We cannot be responsible for non-receipt of returns, or returns in damaged condition.
